Closing 2025, and embracing the blessings of 2026


The Body Remembers: An End-of-Year Check-In

As 2025 comes to a close, I wanted to pause—not to critique my body, but to listen to it. This isn’t a highlight reel or a progress post. It’s a check-in. A moment of honesty with the body that carried me through every season, every shift, and every version of myself this year.

This year taught me that embodiment speaks louder than aesthetics ever could. My body reflected my nervous system, my boundaries, my discipline, and my rest long before it reflected anything visual. Once I stopped trying to conquer my body and started partnering with it, everything began to move with more ease and integrity.

The movement I chose in 2025 mirrored the season I was in. Some chapters required strength, structure, and pushing edges. Others asked for slowing down, rebuilding, and honoring recovery. All of it counted, and none of it required justification.

Discipline became devotion when motivation disappeared. I stopped waiting to feel inspired and started showing up because I trusted the process. Consistency didn’t always look impressive, but it was powerful, quiet, and deeply sustainable.

My nervous system told the truth before my mind did. When I felt rushed, braced, or depleted, my body responded accordingly. When I prioritized regulation through breath, intentional movement, and rest, both my training and my life felt more aligned.

Rest stopped being something I earned and became something I respected. It wasn’t weakness or laziness—it was strategy. Recovery became part of my strength practice rather than a break from it.

My posture shifted this year, both physically and energetically. I became more aware of how I carried myself into rooms, conversations, and responsibilities. Standing grounded in my body allowed me to stand grounded in my boundaries and self-trust.

My body also enforced boundaries I didn’t want to acknowledge at first. Fatigue, tension, and resistance weren’t failures—they were messages. Listening to them taught me patience, longevity, and a deeper level of self-respect.

The habits that shaped me weren’t flashy or dramatic. Warm-ups, mobility work, hydration, breath, recovery rituals, and showing up even when life was loud became the foundation. Those small, consistent practices compounded into strength, confidence, and trust.

This reflection is a timestamp. I’m saving it as a promise to myself—to return at the end of 2026 and meet the woman shaped by another year of devotion, presence, and care. Same questions. New body. New wisdom. New strength.

The Gift You Were Always Meant to Receive

The holidays often ask us to show up brighter, stronger, more generous — even when we’re tired. Beneath the lights, the gatherings, and the expectations, there is a quieter truth many of us forget: you are allowed to rest without explanation. This season does not require performance to be meaningful. It can be gentle. It can be slow. It can meet you exactly where you are.

This meditation series was created as a soft place to land — a collection of guided journeys designed to support the nervous system, the body, and the heart through the emotional fullness of the holidays. Each meditation invites you to step out of urgency and into presence, using breath, body awareness, and subtle hypnotic pacing to help you remember what safety feels like from the inside.

The first meditation in the series, The Gift You Were Always Meant to Receive, is a 30-minute guided experience centered on box breathing and embodied worthiness. It weaves structured breath with a full-body scan, gently releasing tension held in places we don’t always realize we’re bracing — the jaw, the shoulders, the belly, the heart. This is not about fixing or changing yourself. It’s about allowing what has always been there to soften and surface.

At the heart of this meditation is a simple truth: receiving does not require effort. Through a symbolic gift and soothing affirmations spoken directly to you, this practice invites your nervous system to learn a new rhythm — one where rest is allowed, softness is safe, and worthiness is not something you have to earn. Even if your mind wanders, your body is still receiving the message.

You can return to this meditation anytime you feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, or emotionally full. It is especially supportive during moments when the season feels heavy, lonely, or loud — or when you find yourself holding everyone else without being held. There is no right way to experience this practice. Showing up as you are is enough.

As this series unfolds, each meditation will offer a different doorway into rest, presence, and connection. This first one is an opening — a reminder that the most meaningful gift of the season was never meant to be wrapped or exchanged. It was always meant to be received within you.

December 2025 BodySHOP: This Is Where Your 2026 Body Begins 🏋🏽‍♀️❄️




December at BodySHOP Ti is not a “coast and crash” month — it’s a rebuild, refine, and reset month. While the world is talking about starting over in January, we’re already in motion, stacking strength, tending to joints, and regulating our nervous systems so we glide into 2026 with receipts. This newsletter is your full December 2025 menu: every way you can move with me, sweat with me, stretch with me, and honor the body you’re building.

We’re starting with our powerhouse: Winter Muse Sculpt: 4-Week Body Rebuild Intensive. This is for the gym girlies who want structure instead of vibes-only workouts. Over four weeks, we cycle through lower body strength, upper body sculpt, core + mobility, and conditioning that’s actually programmed to protect your joints and support muscle growth. Think progressive overload but femme-focused: glutes, hips, shoulders, and spine getting strong without sacrificing softness. This is where you stop “just going to the gym” and start training with intention.

For my babes who want to be fully witnessed in motion, December also holds our Exquisite 2-hour immersion: BodySHOP VIP: Muse in Motion Blueprint Session. This isn’t personal training — it’s a collaborative movement lab. We combine gym-based movement exploration, yoga, Thai-inspired stretching, and meditation to map out how your body wants to move going into 2026. By the end of the session, you leave with a Muse in Motion Blueprint: your personal rhythm of strength days, mobility rituals, and nervous system resets, designed with you, not for you. It’s for the woman who’s ready to stop guessing and start moving like her body is her favorite home.

On the Prestige side, we’ve got Curves & Core Lab: Semi-Private Strength Series — small group strength for the girls who love community but still want their form checked. These sessions focus on glute and hip strength, deep core stability, and upper body power so your posture, joints, and curves all feel supported. You’ll learn how to brace, breathe, and lift in a way that makes heavier weights feel safer, not scarier. If you’ve been wanting to feel more confident around barbells, dumbbells, and strength machines, this lab is your winter playground.

The second Prestige offering is Sacred Stretch & Sweat: Hot Yoga x Strength Fusion, a series made for the ones who want both the burn and the release. We blend heat, breath-led flow, stretching, and strength-based conditioning using bodyweight, bands, or light weights. It’s perfect if you’ve been lifting heavy, sitting long hours, or just feeling stiff in your body. Expect hips that feel less locked, shoulders that drop away from your ears, and a nervous system that feels soothed instead of fried. This is where flexibility, strength, and sweat come together in one ritual.

Our Signature tier this month starts with December Gym Girlie Club: Femme-Focused Full Body Flow — your weekly date with your future body. You just show up; I handle the programming. We move through intentional circuits that hit lower body, upper body, and core with built-in mobility so you’re not skipping your stretch. The vibe is “cute set, smart training”: playlists on point, form dialed in, and that post-class glow that reminds you you’re really doing this. If December tends to knock you out of routine, Gym Girlie Club is your anchor.

Balancing all that work, we’re closing the week with Sunday Reset: Mobility, Foam Rolling & Nervous System Soothe, our Signature recovery session. This is where we slow down so your progress can sink in. We’ll focus on hip, hamstring, back, and shoulder mobility, teach you how to actually use that foam roller sitting in the corner, and layer in breathwork to bring your nervous system out of “go mode” and into “restore mode.” Your Monday lifts, your sleep, and your mood all hit different when you end the week with intentional recovery.

Theme: Mission
Intention: trust the duality of the depths and heights within that connect us to Spirit, maintain the course, remain on path.

Coming to life, spiritual life is a transformation within itself. Transformation could be compared to the metamorphic change the butterfly experiences. There are no firsthand quotes from within the goo of the cocoon. The understanding comes with reflection, understanding the grand exposure to growth that has occurred, and capturing it with our words. The journey of ascension is a multifaceted step ladder into the clouds of your highest and quietest desires- coming to life. 
The efforts and pain it takes in returning to the grounded state of being, when we are divine creations is ungodly. Feeling the earth beneath us, feeling the breath within us, and feeling the air around us, we are brought back to opportunities to grow into new levels within ourselves. Learning the balance of being so grounded, that embodying the essence of being grounded to new heights. Leaning in a little bit more as we dig up all that is no longer serving our highest good, our greatest growth, and release on that intention.
Continuing up the rungs on the ladder, even when comfort and conformity call your return to their captivity, is difficult to say the least. In the fog of the unknown, we are met with lifetimes of shifting opportunities, pulling us away from our truth, from our purpose, and our alignment. But the journey is meant for us to continue to climb upward, even when the change in altitude calls for us to also have changes in our attitude.
These breaks in the ladder rungs, or even the visions gifted when we are in the present moment, we take the chance, like lotto- that this exit is to the essence of abundance. Where we exit our ladder, this comes with ease and grace. We are given pause, and the knowledge to know when you are outgrowing in this experience and when to continue climbing at your ladder again.
Over and over again, we continue to experience this process of growth, expansion and ascension. We select a stage and grow here, and in hopes that we remain connected enough, remaining humble enough that we can also sense and flow when our time is.... up.

Divinity thru the Dimensions

A portal check in in reflection of the first dimension:

What is real?

What is imagined? 



What is no longer necessary? 


Being met at the stalemate with your fears can be debilitating. All the work being done in your day to day life, brought to the test of this exact moment.  


What in this exact moment halted you?


What do you see? 

What do you feel? 

What do you smell? 

What do you taste? 

What do you hear? 


We, as beings of divine individuality, have been blessed with the never ending gift of choice- where we have the opportunity in every moment to stay and face or run from the situation. 


If your choosing to stay, step into your power. 

What about this makes you uncomfortable? 

Where is that shown in your body that you are uncomfortable? Yes 

Did your posture change? 

Is your jaw clenched? 


Take a moment. 


Allow your heart to shine, as you have stepped surely into the moment of bloom. 

Relax your jaw. 

Relinquish the furrow of your brow covering your third eye. 


And again, ask yourself the above prompts. 


If your choosing to run from this situation, when you find a moment of relaxation— begin to identify what contributed to the experience of this choice. 


Firstly, thanking yourself, speaking highly in your internal dialogue. 

Tactics to conquer this reaction type. 

Identify what this has provided positivity in your response. 

Where could you handle, taking in 1 more cc of uncomfortable-ness? 


What in your body shows you this? 


Where do you need grounding? 


Reminding ourselves of the magician’s moment of taking the opportunity to talk to ourselves with a level of compassion, patience and presence. 


You are capable of whatever you shine your focus on.
